February Donation

In celebration of our 30 years in business we are giving back to the community that supports us by donating 5% of our February retail art sales to some pretty awesome kids’ art programs in Grand Rapids. The following two non-profit organizations have been selected for their incredible outreach programs and the ongoing needs of the kids they serve:

The Cook Arts Center is run by Grandville Avenue of Arts and Humanities. They provide high-quality programs in the arts (music, dance, theater, visual arts and pottery) to give children and adults an opportunity to develop a deeper appreciation of the arts. In addition to a wide array of after-school classes, the Arts Center offers drop-in art activities, summer programs, field trips, and winter and summer break programs. At the end of each session, students proudly showcase their work to their families and the community at recitals held at the Cook Arts Center.

Artists Creating Together empowers individuals with disabilities to learn, grow, and celebrate through the arts. ACT provides art and creative expression programming that enriches the lives of people with and without disabilities in every corner of West Michigan. They offer apprenticeship programs, youth studio art, art residencies, early childhood art exploration, enrichment programs, an annual festival display and so much more to help enrich the lives of their students.
