ArtPrize artist Greg Roll dreams of flying birds
"This piece was inspired by a dream I had in which flying birds, originating from the four directions of the earth, formed four columns leading to a circle high above me in the sky where they continued their flight around and around the circle," explains Greg.
His sculpture entitled "Chakra 84" is made from recycled timber from a log cabin and a flood-felled cedar from his land in the Upper Peninsula.
